im not sure what just happend but i looked at your blog then your entry fee, then i found myself looking at the official website. Then i started thinking that it would be a bit of a mission to fly my bike over too race but it would give me the excuse not to sell it. (i hate selling bikes).
wierd how inspiration takes you from drinking a beer after dinner to thinking about planing a trip of a lifetime.
Fuck! man, if i cant make it this year i will be there next (all the way from England).
do you have prob's with your bike running at altitude? too many questions but im sure its worth the effort.
Maybe ill see you there if not at Dirtquake again.

Rob,
It is a very fun experience!
The whole week before the race is my favorite with early morning practice runs and days spent hanging out and tinkering on your bike. I am sure it is a task to get your bike over but there are always blokies from England and maybe shipping together would help. The Lone Duck Campground is the best and they even have cabins. I also live less than two hours away so if I can be of any assistance like tools, a shop, place to stay or even trying to find you a bike here. I would more than happy to help you share the experience of the hill!
Let me Know!
