Kick ass Kansas fair circuit.

The first track was in Colby friday night, it was banked as a mother fucker. sofa king fast. having never done a 1/2 mile before i was a bit scared.

The second race was at Norton. Rad as fuck place. won my first ever heat on the yamaha in the vintage open am. and went on to take the big W in the main.

Sunday was an off day so drinking was in store. Tom "the cowboy" was a good fellow to pit next to. (as was everyone i met) He is the owner of the Trumpet cafe rat bike pictured above. The U.K. flat track boys hooked him up with a purdy darn cool piece of pit swag. Tim, Tom, Pete and Ben were running fast as fuck all weekend with some of americas top blue groove racers. Very impressed with them blokes. Had a good time in the pits all week. Hope to go race some more with them lads in the U.K. Cheers!

Fellow FTW racers Andy and Twitch were great to be around on the track and in the pits. check this roll job. Thats a proper hog's leg. Fuckin A fellas. Hope to come race out your way soon.


The only bummer about the whole circuit were the flys. shit flys everywhere suck donkey farts when your hung over and trying to get some well needed sleep. Fly strips were a nice van decoration. little fucks.

The old yamaha got me the overall in the Vintage am open and i learned how to get Betty around fast enough for second overall in the 450 am. I am now hooked on 1/2 miles. that shit was the most fun yet on a flat track for me. 5th. high. wide, and loose.

Rode the chop to work with a smile. gettinig ready to 1/2 mile the racer this weekend and went on a bmx-ican adventure to the sk8 park this evening. so much fun. all the young ins kept saying how rad my old bmx was and i really had no idea how out dated i was until i counted back to its origin. the 90s. i reckon that that is old now. shit. fuck it. drop it. shred it. bust big. respect has no limitations. ftw.

O what a glorious day

I tore this bitch down for paint a long fuckin time ago. I dedicated the day today to getting her off the bench. I hardly stopped to eat. only opened one beer (amazing) and only got three text mesages that made me cry. two from friends and the other a well, she can go kick rocks.

even had time to take her on a sunday ride. life is good. even kind of matches my crazy fuckin neighbors bronco. crazy.

Thanks for the tail lights Willy. they are beautiful titties of happy joy.

I got some stickers in England for the batt box that helped inspire me to finally finish this little leprechaun. thanks blokes.

Where the hell did they come from

I met Simon and Tania at the Sideburn party in London a few weeks ago. they said they were picking up a 65 chevy in Colorado so i told them they should stop by. Well to my delight they did! did some shade tree brake and wheel bearing service as the Colorado mountain passes are a worthy adversary for 46 yr old classic. They headed out into the desert this morning to brave the indian reservations and make California or bust where the chevy gets shipped to England. Its good to meet friends as crazy as myself who embrace the adventure. life is a garden dig it.
